How the firm collects and uses personal data submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, subscribe to updates or apply for a role, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, the content of your message and any documents you attach.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, send you updates you have requested, or consider your application. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is processed
Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider, Netlify, on our behalf. If you subscribe to our insights, your email address is also held by our email service provider, Brevo, solely to send you our news and articles. Every email contains a link to unsubscribe. We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
Job applications
CVs, cover letters and other details submitted through the careers form are used only to assess the application. They are kept for no longer than twelve months unless the applicant joins the firm or asks for them to be deleted sooner.
Your rights
Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to mail@biswajitsarkar.com.
